It is clear that - if not special events occur - the protectorate in its present borders and the autonomy of the countries of Bohemia and Moravia will be preserved for the duration of the war and probably beyond. It is of crucial political importance that a single central imperial power with a man at the head - who receives his instructions from the leader and is under him alone and is responsible - determines the politics in the Protectorate. Discussions about the division of the Bohemian-Moravian space, they may always be conducted from which side, are politically wrong, dangerous and must be avoided.
