- 3 - .19. Moravia has not yet found its final form. On the final form of state law the leader will decide at the given time. It is clear that - if not special events occur - the protectorate in its present borders and the autonomy of the countries of Bohemia and Moravia will be preserved for the duration of the war and probably beyond. It is of crucial political importance that a single central imperial power with a man at the head - who receives his instructions from the leader and is under him alone and is responsible - determines the politics in the Protectorate. Discussions about the division of the Bohemian-Moravian space, they may always be conducted from which side, are politically wrong, dangerous and must be avoided. The fact that the leader also has this basic view has been repeated, but above all proved by two acts from the recent past: firstly, by the establishment of the German Ministry of State with the German Minister of State at the head and secondly by the reception of the chairman of the Protectorate Government Minister Dr. Krejčf in the Führerhauptquartier aulapl. ef 5jäfe. bafaudl 9. In these considerations, however, it must be clear that the establishment of the Protectorate cannot yet be regarded as a solution to the Czech problem. In this way, the beginning of a process has only been initiated, over which the process/management of each Reich has to be completely clear for several generations.
