The establishment and proper provision of a Ministry of Social Administration is also a guarantee that the financial resources for social purposes will be obtained more easily than if the social agenda is divided between different offices. If what has been mentioned is considered, the exercise of government power in the Protectorate is the following: The Chairman of the Government: Head of Political Affairs; Press and Propaganda; Enlightenment and Education of the People, the Supreme Prize Authority; Government Force; the Supreme Administrative Court; Minister of Internal Affairs and Legal Administration: Internal Affairs, Justice; Minister for Economic and Financial Administration: Industry, Commerce, Trade, Finance; Food Minister: Agriculture in the broadest sense of the word; the Minister of Transport: Railways, Post and Transport; Investments; the Ministry of Labour and Social Administration: Labour; Social and Health Administration. At the top of the various divisions in the various ministries could be senior officials (Director-General, Ministerial Directors, Sub-protectorate Secretaries, etc.) but these would be subordinated to their ministers in the negotiations in the government they would not join, except at the request of the chairman of the government as re-ferents from case to case.
