(13) The public authorities and bodies are obliged to accept attributions drawn up in German only by mutual official means. (14) The external designation on buildings in which the authorities of the territorial self-government associations or other public bodies are located, whose sphere of activity relates to the whole territory of the Protectorate or one of its countries, is carried out in both languages, the names of the public bodies (their institutions and undertakings) serving public transport, including signs in this traffic (paragraph 7, second sentence), and the official seals (stampiglia) of public bodies, the scope of which covers the whole area of the protectorate or of one of the countries. (15) Generally binding legislation, as well as statements of greater importance and more general character issued by public bodies and entities in the field of public administration or public transport (paragraph 7, second sentence), are published in both languages. (16) The public authorities and bodies designated for the German population, in the cases referred to in paragraphs 14 and 15, only use the German language and vice versa, which is intended for the Czech population.
