The official printed matter of the organs of the Protectorate, such as instructions for service, instruction, teaching aids, guide tables, technical assistance agencies, shall be prepared in both languages, the official printed material of the bodies of the protectorate intended for general use (forms, instructions, monitors, travel cards, timetables, etc.) shall be provided in such a way as to meet the needs of the population of both nations. (1o) In the cases referred to in paragraphs 7 to 9, organs, bodies and undertakings of the Protectorate intended for the German population (paragraph 5) have only the German language and vice versa, the bodies, institutions and undertakings designated for the Czech population of this type have only to apply the Czech language. (ll) Entries addressed to organs of the Protectorate in German shall only be made in German for the nationals of the Member States. If an entry has not been made before and if the official declaration is intended for a member of the German language, it must be completed only in German, even if it is a declaration relating to the relationship of service with the Protectorate. If a decision is made for participants, some of whom are members of the Czech language, and others are nationals of the German language, this is done in both languages. (12) In the case of oral traffic, the procedure shall be followed mutatis mutandis in accordance with the preceding paragraph; this shall also apply, in particular, to notices published in the public register 7, the second sentence, which shall be used individually.
