81 - 5 - public bodies and bodies use only the Czech language. (17) The provisions of paragraphs (ll) and (l) shall apply in an appropriate manner to the transport of public bodies or bodies with parties and other participants. (l8) Paragraph 2, second sentence, shall also apply in the cases referred to in paragraphs 15 and 17. (19) To the extent that both languages are to be used for the external designation or in documents according to the preceding paragraphs, the texting in both languages must be done by writing of the same size, with the exception of signs, plates and the same dimensions. (20) As a result of the fact that a party has applied only one language or both languages side by side, it must not suffer a disadvantage. (2l) All administrative authorities and bodies must be required to comply with these principles and to take precautionary measures to ensure that these principles are followed by all the courts of the Protectorate.
