It shall supervise and manage this work and eliminate duplication and inhibitions which may arise from the various administrative responsibilities. He is also assisted by an edition council appointed for a period of three years, which includes the German and Czech representatives of the Aemter, institutions and associations, which are the main sponsors of these scientific enterprises, as well as representatives of Germany's Ministry of State and the other authorities involved. The Council of Editions will only be able to take up a full range of work after the end of the war.
