STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 74, sig. 109-1/80
English Translation
27 The system of compensating for loss of the balance of the dairies by means of subsidies is being re-built in such a way as to ensure that, as a result of the need for management and war, special benefits are paid to dai-ries only in a very specific way. In the future, they will have to pay for further shortages themselves. Prices for coffee substitutes have been regulated in such a way that, despite the sharp increase in chicory prices, they are not subject to any change. In the case of vegetable prices, the maintenance of slightly higher prices had to take into account the very unfavourable weather in May and the first half of June. They now also appear to be able to do so in accordance with the regulations already in force, in particular Sudetengaues and Llen.
