Ok 3 - (3) If the public servant has been retired prematurely, the pensions shall be fixed in accordance with the procedure laid down in paragraph 5 above. In the event of an accident or accident at work, the person concerned shall be entitled to a pension or a maintenance allowance, as laid down by law, if he had reached the age of 18 but had remained in service until his death or until 1 October 1938 at the latest and would have been employed by that date in the form of an advance period of time. 6. Where a pensioner has been reduced or revoked, they shall be paid in full. 7. Where a public servant has voluntarily withdrawn from the employment relationship, he may be entitled to a maintenance allowance up to the amount of the pension which he would receive if he were to be paid until the end of the month in which he was 60 years old. At the latest, however, until his death or until October 1, 1938, he had remained in service and by that time had risen in salary by means of the advance of time, provided that he had been a member of the Sudeten German National Socialist Party at the time of his retirement.
