English Translation

The rules applicable to the Sudeten-German territories are contained in the legal provisions referred to in I. The opinion of the Reich Minister of the Interior on compensation for the numbered groups of persons in the Protectorate is mainly based on the following considerations: As far as the circle of persons under I is concerned, it is recommended that a regulation which is as similar as possible to the Sudetengau should be adopted. The Minister of the Interior, however, has no concern to provide the Protectorate with support for all cases of resettlement, whereas for the Sudeten German territories only a one-off special support was granted to compensate for the previous resettments only in certain cases. However, a legal claim for a supplementary payment would not exist, as in the Sudetengau. With regard to the circle of persons under II, the Reichsminister of the interior, similar to that in the Sudetengau, considers that further measures were superfluous. With regard to the group of persons under IIl, the Minister of the Interior declares his agreement with regard to those German public servants who are in use in non-domestic authorities and services of the Protectorate.
