62/a 2 - Internally, three groups of cases are distinguished: I. Former Czecho-Sl•Vakian public servants whose survivors are not intended to re-enter active employment. The circle of these persons is limited by the decree of 19.l0.39 RGBl.I, p.2059, and by the second decree on the legal relations of former Czechoslovak public servants in the Sudeten-German territories of 8.1.40, RGBl I, p.57. In so far as these persons are not transferred into a German civil servant relationship, a final legal regulation for the Sudetengau, the so-called third regulation on the legal obligations of the former Czechoslovak public legal servants in the sudeten German Länder, is prepared, which, in conjunction with the two above-mentioned regulations, also provides for compensation measures, for this regulation the text shown in the annex is provided for.
