1685 n0 Group I 1 Prague, 5 November 1941 Mr. Head of Division I in accordance with the instructions, with the following opinion on points 2, 3 and 4 of the instructions No. l4 of the Wehrmacht authorized officer of 4 October 1941 No. I12ll/4l g. No concerns. Assistance by members of the army in air protection measures at railway stations in individual cases of need is safe, provided that the principle is respected that the command over the armed forces is exclusively in German hands. If the instructions of the WB were to be followed with regard to the support of the local air protection officer by members of the army, it would not be possible to avoid that ?the task left to the local Air Protection Officer to familiarise army guards with the local aerial protection facilities of the station and to inform them of measures to be taken in the event of air attacks, in case of emergency to become a commandal force over the guarding teams. This would therefore not be avoided, because the local air protection supervisor, who will mostly be a Czech at the BMB, must be left with full responsibility. As far as strengthening of air protection at small stations by guarding teams of the army in the Protectorate is considered necessary at all, in my opinion, could not be prevented. a regulation only to ensure that the protection for decommissioned munitions and fuel trains in the case of the use of military personnel is excluded;
