58 _.Translation:-.- Law on the Czechoslovak replacement fund. § 1 For the purpose of reparation of the damage which the Czecho-Slovak state and its citizens by occupying their territory after 28. (a) those who have fled from the territory of the Czech Republic and remain hidden and do not report in spite of an official request until the specified time limit; (c) those who were members of the NSDAP, the Gestapo, the 4 or any other organization hostile to the Czechoslovak nation or engaged in the separation of a part of the Czecho-Slovak territory, and of all those in the service of such an organization, (d) those who are strangers with the exception of the relatives of the Allied and neutral states. This provision does not apply to the property of diplomatic and consular officials on condition of reciprocity. § 2 1) the provision of § 1 also refers to the property of legal persons who are subject to civil law if at least half of the capital is in the hands of persons listed under § or if one third of the board (committee, board of directors) consists of such persons.
