VI. 1. All laws, which became valid from 14th March 1939, lose the legal force with the publication of this law, unless they are expressly left in force. 2. Laws which are not enacted by any legislation which has lost its validity by paragraph 1 of this Article by issuing this law in a new form. VII. TOHU International treaties concluded by Germany to the Slovak State, Poland or Hungary do not bind the Czechoslovak Republic to the extent that they concern the territory which now belongs to the Czech Republic. VIII. The German courts and other authorities established in the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic will be abolished with immediate effect. IX, wrongs committed for reasons of national, religious and racial intolerance or by violating the principles of civil freedom and equality, is paged. More about this is determined by a law.
