The Authority may refuse its consent to the acquisition of Czechoslovak nationality if there is a reasonable suspicion that that person will not be a reliable Czechoslovakian citizen. The Authority can declare that the woman concerned must be considered a Czech citizen until the examination has been carried out. This declaration may be revoked at any time by the Authority. § 3 1) Czechoslovak citizens is any difference in nationality and previous nationality, which has entered into the military associations, which are fighting on the side of the allies and have not been excluded from it or flagged.
