23 And when the poor had spread out in his drunkenness, I thrust him away, and slapped his face. After this slap, the drunken young man, unknown to me, departed. Then we sat in the car, and drove in the direction toward Prague to the place where my damaged motor vehicle stood. I can't say anything about the fact that the young boys of the Reichsdeutsche Wimpel or any other emblem of the German Empire had been spat or dishonored, since I did not see anything like this and the member of the NSDAP also told me nothing about it. Even the lady, who sat in the car all the time, told me, after I had taken a seat in the vehicle none of it. After arriving at the place of the accident I got out, the two other members of the NsDAP got back in and drove away in the direction towards Prague. I don't know more about this matter, and therefore I can't mention anything important in my statement. I notice that we had all suffered minor injuries during the collision of the motor vehicles, but that we were all able to leave. After reading for good. Witnesses: The interrogator: Community guard Wenzel Lapáček: Franz Batrla, Kaufmann. The editor: Signatures illegible.
