The rest of the items may be used for the VPS. The quantities to be made available at my disposal may only be used in very urgent cases without my prior authorization. In this case, I must be notified immediately. (7) Me If the quantities of footwear and leather goods listed in section A of Appendix 1 cannot be kept at full disposal, I shall be informed by 5 May.
