45a -2- Ret.: Service clothing for the vPS, etc. +H (1) - The item of 8.9.1939 -0-Kdo. W 1.100 No. 135/39 (n.a.) is repealed. Reserves of clothing are to be drawn immediately by the Pol. administration (clothing suppliers) in the hands of the uneditable and cantily employed officers of the protection police and gendarmerie cloth clothing of an old kind, namely weapon skirts (rock-blouses and summer skirts), boot pants, long trousers, riding pants, coats and caps. (3) For items which are still recoverable, the real value to officials, which can be determined by estimation, must be credited in their clothing accounts. For items that cannot be re-established, the value of the waste material shall be paid to officials who cannot be employed, as well as to officials of the gendarmerie of the individual service (cf. RdErl.v. 15.5.1939 RMBliV.S.113l) in the clothing accounts. Instead of the credit in the clothes accounts, the estimate amounts can be paid in cash to the indeterminately employed civil servants as well as to the annulled officials of the gendarmerie of the individual service upon request. (4) In addition to those referred to in para. (2) The articles of cloth referred to above shall be taken up by all officials employed without notice and by officials of the gendarmerie of the individual service, who have been transferred to their property and no longer needed for service (shoes, boots, riding boots and leather gaiters), insofar as it is still usable or can be manufactured, the monetary value (estimate value) shall also be credited in the clothing accounts or paid in cash on request. (5) In addition, all officers of the protective police, gendarmerie (including mot. gendarme) and water protection police shall be required to draw in the leather goods exceeding one set (library straps, waist-belt pockets, shoulder straps and cartridge pockets) without crediting the monetary values in the clothing accounts. 66504 (6)
