3.) The censorship of the news from the German news agency which he himself has set up will be necessary, as for political reasons a uniform orientation of the press policy must be ensured. The news office at the magistrate of the capital Prague cannot know in individual cases whether this or that communication, e.g. Visits to foreign representatives, visits to the city, etc., and whether non-opinional relations require a review of such news. In addition, it seems to me more desirable that the German representatives at the city of Prague first act invisibly and, above all, assert themselves against the Czech Beam tentum than that they carry their plans into the public sphere through constant press statements and often premature news. For all these reasons, I do not believe I can object to the censorship of the news of the primator representative by the group "Cultural Political Affairs" of the Reich Protector.
