The letter in question was sent to the post office I in Reichenberg on 29 January 940 under "Einschreibung" - R 849 T - "to the Gau- dozentenführer Pg. Prof. B e r n h a u e r , Prag II, Hybernergasse" and received on 30 January 1940 at the "Deutsche Dienst- post Böhmen und Mähren", Prague I. After receipt of the letter, as can be seen from the note on the envelope, the recipient was informed of the receipt of this letter on 30 January 940.
