These funds would have to be made available to the future Land Office as a German special service and used as capital, since the implementation of the Bo- denreform must be carried out by means of the compensation fund. 5) The Land Office was supervised by the Czech Supreme Supervisory Authority. The estimates were finally approved by the Finance Minister and included in the state budget. In agreement with the Reichsprotektor, this condition has been set aside in such a way that the audit authority of the Court of Auditors of the German Reich functions and the budget estimate is approved by the Financial Group of the Reich's Protector, so that only the summarizations of the estimate are sent to the Ministry of Finance for inclusion in the state budget proposal. A decree by the Reichsprotector, which also regulates this in principle with regard to the Protēktorat government, has not yet been passed - although this matter has been settled several times over the last two years and has also been handled in this way.
