I also do not consider the suggested reference to § 2 of my regulation of 27 February 1942 - VBl RProt. page 42 - to be necessary in order to avoid errors. The laws in the listed area of responsibility of the Land Office are generally binding regulations of a single authority within the meaning of § 1, para. 2 and 3 of my regulation of 12 December 1940 - VB1 RProt. page 604. With the restoration of the Soil Office the Law on the Land Authority of 11 June 1919 Coll. 330 in force again, unless it has been changed by the legal development. A special regulation of the appointment of the head of the ground office is therefore not necessary. In addition, I have transferred the #-Obersturmbannführer Ferdinand Fischer from my authority as head of ground office. In accordance with a suggestion from the Minister of the Jennern, in § 4 of the decree on the Land Office for Böhmer wp Moravia, I also entrust the Minister.
