In cooperation with scientific and health institutions, the main questions of economical food preparation of the possible substitute and representative capacity of various raw materials were solved, tables were prepared with regard to food processing according to their parts, which form an irreplaceable part of the food, except for egg, mine, vitamins and other time-related nutritional questions.
