4.55 1.)The cost estimates presented in comparison with the invoices show deviations upwards and downwards, but are broadly in line with the calculated invoices. These deviations are due to the fact that changes in the work have resulted as necessary during the conversion and new preparation work. These changes are thus confirmed. 2.) According to the order, the examination was a numerical check, but did not extend to a check as to whether the values obtained for the calculation are appropriate or correspond to the traffic value at the time of the conversions and new facilities. 3.)The documents, receipts, bank instructions etc. presented. and related documents, invoices and bank records are continuously provided with supporting numbers, which agree with the supporting numbers indicated in the invoice. Payments are all duly documented. 4.)The amounts shown and paid out in the statement have also been checked by me on the basis of the accounting book "Peace budget" and found to be in accordance with the accounting entries. The accounting book is bound, paginated, has no etchings and deletions, the sequence of pages is perfect. Pages are not missing. The entries in this book have been found correctly and in chronological order. 5.)The division into conversion costs and costs of the interior equipment as well as other expenses related to the conversion and installation costs is orderly.
