20 -3 the Czech share is increased by the construction of working-class residences. The Justice Group agreed with the draft, but it considers it desirable that the draft should also be extended to urban land transport. I do not think this extension is necessary, since the existing regulations are sufficient for urban land traffic. Group I/l raised political concerns against the draft, fearing that the new provisions of the draft on the approval of family contracts and the influence on the succession would cause a strong concern in the Czech peasantry. However, I do not consider these concerns to be so significant that the introduction of this legislation to the detriment of the German land policy in the Protectorate must be waived. The further concern of Group I/l that the possibilities envisaged in the Ertwarr cannot be made use of due to lack of German settlers is not true. If the notremdsgen funds are available for resettlement, the self-made German settlers will also come. In the other case, a must-have German land policy in the Protectorate would have to be dispensed with at all.
