Conversely, well-proven, capable and characteristically orderly foreign folk families with gifted children are valuable selection groups, whose real repopulation can be initiated or ended by attending the German school and social advancement in the Inner Reich. Gifted children of the foreign ethnic group, who profess to be a national and political group, must not go through the German school; they must remain untrained. For foreign folk children, it is possible to set up their own schools or classes, which provide only the simplest basic knowledge, with a greater emphasis on technical and technical training for agriculture or industry.
