Foreign groups should have the cultural level which they themselves are able to develop and maintain. Therefore, no monetary or other subsidies and support measures are to be granted. Those who under these circumstances do not see an ascent in their own ethnic group will, if they are gifted, find a double rasoh way to Germanization through social ascent. 15. School, education. The racial politician's warnings against underestimation of unreal repopulation are contrary to the understandable desire to promote the foreign folk children culturally and in their schooling. The full German school education can only take part in those children who can take up and digest the offered knowledge in a gifted manner, not only intellectually. Otherwise we grow up again half-educated foreign-völkish intelligence itself. From this it is possible that the schools for Germans must be completely different from those for the foreign-people groups. The German schools should train and educate German young people, both knowingly and mentally. Here only German children from also ethnic German, not only politically German-minded families may be accepted throughout the Reich.
