It should be considered that the abolition of the monastery of the Emmausian, the dissolution of the Order of the Merciful Brethren and the return of the members of the two clergy into a lay state is by virtue of the power of the state used against the two rhymes of the strictest punishments that the church leaders may enjoy against the clergy for the worst crimes. It is possible to talk about a similar general suspension, expressed by a criminal order from the German Ministry of the Interior, a suspension that affects the community as such, as well as its individual members /kan.2285/. The community is deprived of this suspension of all its rights and individual members are punished: l/ First full suspension from the exercise of the office of the clergy. 2/ Two members of the order of Benedictine emauzs, who, knowing and hiding the state administration, were cults in spiritual administration in Sázava, one as a parishioner, the other as an auxiliary priest, are also suspended from exercising the rights arising from the benefit. 3/ Members of the two religious groups are further troubled by the strictest punishments according to the equivalent of the canonical punishments, as calculated by kan.2z98. This canon presents twelve penalties, starting with the lowest and ending the hardest. There is the penalty of the tenth, eleventh and twelveth. As twenty priests of Benedictites and two, perhaps three priests of the Order of the Merciful Brethren (according to the Schematism of the Prague Archdiecese of the year940) are deposed (deposi-tio, kan.2298, Point l0/). Besides this number of priests, twenty brothers Benedictine and 50 members of the order of the Most Mercifully Brothers (by the same schematism of Prague Arch-Diuces/). It should be considered that by permanently withdrawing the right to wear the spiritual robe, the bishop of the spiritual deposed is punishing the priest, who does not appear to have signs of improvement, and he continues to be offended (kan.2304/).
