As far as his intervention against Czech fascists is concerned, this took place on the occasion of the fascist demonstrations in Brno last year.The police department noted that the Czech Fascists demonstrated not only for political reasons, but, once, when police lieutenant Johann Mahovský intervened, they were guilty of serious crimes against foreign property. These circumstances prompted the then police president Dr Schwabe to give the order for a strict intervention against the demonstrators. Police lieutenant Johann Mahovský was therefore traded on the instructions of his superior.oe# Mahovské was interrogated by the German state police in connection with the fascist demonstrations on 7 June 1939 because he was accused of personally leading the police guards who were appointed to intervene. This was not the case, however, as commander of the division was the police lieutenant of the executive service Nohavica. /who has been in custody since 6.l.l94o/. After finding out the facts Mahovský was released. Three members of the uniformed police station corps, namely police guard Franz Badura, and the police guards Ottokar J a n ů j and Jaroslav H a j d aol left their posts and have been lost since that time.
