In the secretariats of the socialist parties, the same was available to everyone. In this way, a verdict was given on many people, who were not only unable to defend themselves, but were still not allowed to know what they had committed, even though they were and will be persequated. This fact alone is sufficient proof that the Commission and the Member States have no clear conscience and that they do everything in their power to do so does not mean that the pure truth comes to light. This process is in stark contradiction not only with the well-known principle of čsl.Democracy throughout the world, but also with the principles of any criminal or disciplinary procedure in which, before the verdict, the defendant is informed of the lawsuit and given the opportunity to defend it. That was the case of class justice. In its 720 page report, the Commission had drawn the following "conclusions": From the results contained in this section, it is clear that 1. the higher staff of the Land and Ship Service consists of mostly retired Austrian naval officers (officials) who sometimes do not have the necessary qualifications to this day, 2. the vast majority of the same is the German nationality or at least Austrian-German mentality, 3. the statistics of the employees of the society, especially those of the higher ones in national terms were incorrect, whereby the conditions were recorded in the Dunajplavba in favour of the čsl. element, 4. The Directorate had been aware of the incorrectness of these statistics - at least of the majority - and that these incorrect statistics were submitted to the attention of the top authorities, 5. the directorate had not always fulfilled its duty in good time or in good order to the national authorities and had sometimes taken a "fighting position" against them without reason and that the necessary harmony was not there. 6. Since Amtieren was led by the majority of the leading ship personnel at the DPS and almost all agents only because these leading forces do not speak the Czech language until now, 7. the employees of the management were forced to the German aids instead of the Czech ones, 8. Before Czechs and Slovaks employees of other nationalities were sometimes also less qualified, admitted to service and that regularly the employees of the foreign nationalities had been promoted earlier than Czechs of Slovaks, 9. the directorate with good will already long ago many foreign nationals or. many members of the state security department could replace less reliable members of another nation with more qualified and reliable forces, /.
