Dear Lord Superior Councillor! .0d L.97 On my visit of 28th January 1994l, I allow myself to report on the following: According to the report of the Police Directorate in Prague of 28 February 194l, Z. In order to increase the discipline of road traffic in Prague, the following measures were taken: 1/ An.den intersections at the National Theatre, Volksstraße-Brenntegasse, Volksstrasse-Jungmannstraße, at the Pulverturm, Hibernergasse-Pflestergasse, Wenzelsplatz-Heinrichsgasse and Wenceslasplatz-Wassergasse were set up next to the traffic posts, /bound traffic posts/ new guard posts /free traffic posts / whose task is to monitor compliance with traffic regulations and to punish the offenders on the spot. At other major intersections in the city's interior, free traffic posts will be removed at the time of the largest traffic. 2/ In all public passenger buses, announcements of the ban on excessive charges have been published. Operation is controlled. 3/ With the introduction of the free traffic posts at important parts in Grok-Prague, the number of punished pedestrians has increased.
