English Translation

We must remember that all our state institutions could only be continued and improved through the help of Great Britain. Only in this way was it possible for us to take care of our people today for a better future. For this reason, we will endeavour to make our friendly and diplomatic relations with Great Britain even closer, and we will never be an unknown country in Great Britain. And we, the representatives of this oppressed people, whom we enjoy the hospitality of this great ally, we will always thank him for helping us in such a difficult and sad time in all areas. We will also have the most beautiful memories of the time we spent in Great Britain after the end of this terrible war."
