34 - 4 - ... therefore Hungary, too, will have to undergo a deep revolution, if we do not want a third world war to come after a few twenty years. This is the only possible way to peace. As far as Czechoslovakia is concerned, I believe that it will require the changes that are at least profound, since the CSR of the pre-Munich period was, in my view, one of the best democratic states. It was a happy state that was built entirely after the Jdealen Masaryks. Nevertheless, some changes and new organizations will also prove necessary in Czechoslovakia after this war, to whom it should take its place within the framework of the new Europe. In any case, the revolution in the CSR will roll out faster than in many other countries, because all the measures that must be implemented under the Czechoslovak regime have already been worked out in every detail long before and nothing will stand in the way of their implementation. As regards Czechoslovakia's cooperation in the new world and in the New Europe, four points must be stressed: (1) safeguarding human dignity, (2) establishing moral values, (3) social and economic reforms, (4) a political reorganization of Europe and the whole world. After these four main points have been fulfilled, Czechoslovakia will be ready and able, in friendly cooperation with the Great Powers of Great Britain, America and the Soviet Union, to participate in the redesign of the world and the shaping of world fireden... (disturbation) ... It is self-evident that even the break-ups committed in Czechoslovakia must and will be atonemented. Moreover, Czechoslovakia's political goal must be to strive for confederation with friendly states, as is already the case with Poland today. An internal reconstruction must also be carried out, a revolution of the political party system, a Revolution in the field of the Aemter and all important social and economic requirements. We must never forget that all these preparatory work has been made possible only by the Great Britain, our host country.
