With the introduction of the weekly additional cards, a better adaptation of kitchen dispositions to the number of actually used is possible, also the return of sections is not possible if e.g. a worker cannot take part in the kitchen catering for a longer period of time due to leave or illness. 3. Advance receipts on butter and pig fat. Since it was found that some factory kitchens which were not able to cover butter received on advance receipts by cuts on butter in time or not at all, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry ordered that in future advance tickets for butter and pig fat should no longer be issued on the factory kitchen. It is noted that the factory kitchens are obliged to cover the butter already received on advance receipts and the pig fat at the latest in 6 months. 4. Handing over of sections on bread of the Reich's holidaymakers' cards and the Reichs-Reise- und Gaststättenmarken on bread directly to producers of white biscuits. April 1941, Coll. No. 27/41 and of 28 May 1941, Col. No.194/41, it was determined that the holidaymakers' cards of the Reich and the travel and restaurant stamps of the Empire in the Protectorate in restaurants and similar enterprises, i.e. also in factory kitchens, apply. In order to give the factory kitchens, which pass to hot drinks white biscuits and for this to occupy sections of the Reich holiday cards on bread or Reich travel and restaurant stamps on bread, the white biscuit on these sections respectively. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry authorises these enterprises to hand over directly to the producers of white biscuits the portions of the Reich holiday-makers' cards on bread or travel and restaurant stamps on bread of the Empire, which are glued on invoice sheets. These invoice forms must stamp the factory kitchens with their company stamp and indicate the type and number of the glued-on sections or marks. Manufacturers of white biscuits must submit these invoices to the municipality in order to issue a reference note on flour in the prescribed period.
