Subject: Payment of the general administrative costs for Community catering. Referring to the letter of 29 January 1994 from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour, the Ministry for Economic Affairs & Labour, on the basis of the present opinions of the ministries and supreme protectorate authorities, assumes that, for the enterprises and administrations of the Protectorate, as well as for the corporations institutions, enterprises, funds and institutions in the within of § 23 of the Government Decree Coll. No. 4o4/l942, the directive recognised for the private economy should also take place, according to which an amount of 1 K is paid for each member of staff involved in the Community catering, in order to cover the administrative and personnel costs of the department of the German Minister of State for Community catering. According to the suggestion of the Ministry of Finance - also supported by the ministry of the interior - the required contribution will have to be calculated directly at the expense of the economic management of the community catering / work skiths /, so that this amount forms part of the administrative costs of the work skieth and not of the central administration. The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour asks you to order the Community catering of your department, of the subordinate authorities and of the bodies, institutions, funds and institutions under your supervision, according to the number of participants, to pay an amount of 1 - K per month in favour of the department of the representative of the German Minister of State for Community catering.
