13a The German Minister of State's representative for Community catering will contact the individual factory kitchens directly on this matter and will regulate the type of payment procedure in general. The levying of contributions on the work-skiths may not lead to the slaughtering of the Community food and to an increase in the costs to be paid by the staff for the Community catering. This rule shall apply from 1 April 1984.
