/z I have issued an announcement of the purchase and distribution of slaughter poultry in the protectovat, at which Hermn Division Director Il sought to regulate the distribution to consumers in the same way as the supply of fresh sea fish and pishmarinades. According to my request, the slaughter poultry would be issued on the consumer card already introduced in some cities, which would have to be extended to some 23 cities of the Protectorate. Approximately 2 million consumers will be registered in these cities, where confectionery is already declared subject to a card. Consumer groups are, in particular, those working in defence and industrial enterprises which, according to their residence in a city, are neither self-sufficient nor self-sufficiency and therefore do not have the possibility to produce additional vegetables and poultry for their own needs through a garden or small livestock farming. It should also be borne in mind that the premium for slaughter poultry can only have a positive effect if, in the case of prohibited producer-consumer traffic, the incentive to slip and black trade is largely eliminated by ongoing allocations to the urban population. The money required for the premium campaign in 1942/43 is estimated at 150 million crowns. 3.) Delivery premium for honey. The delivery for honey is regulated in the Protectorate as in the Reich by approved Aufkäuier. There is thus also a delivery obligation. Just as in Reich I have provided 2 kg per bee colony as a minimum delivery quantity to ensure the needs of the hospital pharmacies, hospitals etc.. This premium of 2nd RM per kg over the specified minimum quantity of honey delivered can therefore be provided. The total requirement is estimated at 6 million crowns.
