Whoever, as a German soldier, exposes his soul and his spirit to this hostile propaganda weapon, commits mental self-mutilation. It is no less contemptible than the cowardly physical self-steering. With order Oberkommando der Wehrmacht, Chief of the Transportation of the Wehrmascht, F.Abt. Az. 3 d l4 (I e) No. 760/39 go. of January 25, 1940, has been ordered: 1.)
