45 - 3 2.) The forwarding of correspondence of individual military personnel from military trains by railway and postal agents or civilians is prohibited. During transportation only postcards may be used. These must be collected and checked by the transporter or by a reliable agent of the same. They may not contain any information, other than the field post number, rank and name, on the part of the sender's troops, the way of travel, the place of residence. The transporter shall hand over the collected and verified mail to the field mail upon completion of the journey. 3.) It is prohibited for officers and crews on railway transports to place their relatives on transit by telex, telex or even by medium persons, orally, as this is broken by the secrecy of troop shifts.
