11 /6/ The Planning Commission established by the Council of Ministers Bureau with the Government Decree of 25 January 1940, Coll. No. 48, on the establishment of a Planning Commission for the capital city of Prague and the surrounding area is subordinated to the Minister of Transport and Construction. § 4.
