13 § 3. /l/ The law firm of the chairman of the government is established for the purpose of dealing with those matters which are reserved for the chairman or the government on the basis of the applicable regulations. /2/ The provisions of § 3 of the law of 12 July 1933, Coll. 142, with which the Office /Ministry/ for People's Catering is repealed and related provisions are made, will be repealed. Likewise, the Government Decree of 23 December 1938, Coll. No. 384, on the establishment of the State Economic Council will be annulled. /3/ The press department of the Council of Ministers Bureau is transformed into an independent press office under the chairmanship of the government; this office takes over the sphere of activity reserved for the Council Presidency by the applicable rules on press matters. The Czech press office, the printing house of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and the Official Journal of the protectorate of the Czech Republic and Moravia are also taking over. /4/ The scope of action of the Council of Ministers Bureau in those matters which are not mentioned in the preceding paragraphs shall be: in legislative matters, the Ministry of Justice, in personnel matters, with the exception of personnel matters of the staff of the Office of the Chairman of the Government / the Department of the Interior and in other administrative matters, relevant ministries. /5/ The Commission for the Economization of Administration, established by the Council of Ministers Bureau with the Government Decree of 22 July 1932, Coll. No. 125, as amended by the Government Order of 14 December 1932, Col. No.188, is attached to the Ministry of the Interior.
