BSaO To Your letter of 9.12.1939 - Sign Ing.H./Hei., concerning popular-deat interests, I would only like to reply briefly, that I am available to You for all questions of the party, however, I am of the opinion that according to a natural law, which also applies in the popular struggle, the initiative is always entitled to the one who gives it the honour. With the fullness of the problems in the Protectorate, I cannot always insist on them until the person who would be responsible in itself is in the place. In this respect, for me, the primacy of the Party - and this right of the party is not so self-evident that any further word is out of place. All in all, I can only express the wish that you keep as close as possible contact with me.
