10a and several institutes were set up, since the Reinhard Heydrich Foundation developed both in terms of personnel and factually from the office of the Special Representative. There can be no doubt about it according to the situation, since at the end of 1994 the whole building was handed over by the Reichsprotektor to the Special Envoy. If the German Minister of State a legal successor of the Reichsprotektor wants to cancel or modify the present transfer act, this can only be done by the fact that the Special Envoy receives a corresponding kit-sharing under reverse of the old injunction. This has not happened so far. According to the announcement by Rector Prof.Klausing, curator Dr.Ehrlicher takes the view that the Minister of State, SS-Obergruppenführer K.H.Frank, has decided that the Brückengasse 15 building is available to the university. In contrast to this claim, a representative of the Minister's Councillor Dr.Fischer assures that the Obergruppenführer had granted the building to the Croats. Both statements are unlikely because the Minister of State did not request any documents or comments from the Special Representative on the whole question. The general question, therefore, appears to be still at the stage of the discussion. It should be important to consider the following points in the decision: 1/ According to the announcement by the Ministerial Councillor Fischer, the opinion is that the building has 5o rooms. He pointed out that there were no more than 25 rooms available, of which the Special Representative held, after some rooms were given to the Croats /i5 at the request of the Foreign Office some time ago. 2/ It is not possible to accommodate the services housed in Brückengasse 15 in the former French embassy, because when the lease agreement with the French was concluded, the Foreign Office had to waive some of the rooms reserved by the French Government. The Reinhard Heydrich Foundation has therefore rented only a part of the French embassy. It is not possible to accommodate there the three service stations which are in Brückengasse l5: 8/ Special Representative /a Institute for European Ethnology in the Reinhard Heydrich Foundation and Institute for Folklore of the University /Beyer/ /° Institute for Eastern European Intellectual History of the university and Archive for Eastern european intellectual history in the Reinhard Heydric Foundation /Winter/. There are no proposals for other accommodation for these institutions. 38256 7E
