1.7 - 2 - Exclusions which show that Czech industrialists still listened to the speech themselves in radio broadcasts and also read it attentively, as well as that they are remarkably familiar with the content and wording of the speech or of individual specific points. The fact that K.H.Frank himself, so to speak eye to eye, turned to them, and the courage expressed by them in their view, undoubtedly required them to respect. Particular attention was also paid to the tone and the honest nature of the approach. II. General assessment. In principle, it could be noted that the circles of the Czech industry were also very reluctant about the speech in their statements. Only quite a few cases exist that Czechs spontaneously, i.e. without direct consultation or any other reason for the rally and speech. These are mostly persons whose behaviour so far suggests that they are on the ground of the facts. Accordingly, the attitude of these persons is quite positive and their effusions, both in general and in the individual in the region, are absolutely in agreement.
