English Translation

On the part of Mr Oberlandrat, the assurance was given that both the necessary construction workers and the necessary material from the brick to the door handle were secured. On the side of the factory management in Königgrätz, this endeavour of the Oberland Council was supported. The Directorate-General rejected this proposal of the Oberlandrat, so that the Oberlandsrat was forced to make both a complaint and to turn to the Reichswerke, Berlin /Secretariat Dr.Voss/. When Mr. W.Baustaedt no longer knew any advice, Mr. General Director Dr. Voss has the undersigned prayers to direct the matter to the Ober Landrat in Königgrätz. In conclusion, it must be said that it is not yet possible to talk about a systematic treatment of the human resources agenda and social conditions in the sense of a consolidation of German influence, except for the leading social bodies. wm Reichenberg, 29/6/1940.
