Reflection on the social conditions in the Skodawerke The systematic displacement of Germanism into the rest of the workforce up to and including 1 1/2 per cent in the Scodawerke, which is socially disadvantaged in every way, owes its fate to subsequent, still unchanged conditions in factory administration and their methods./ Securing every decisive position by mentally reliable Czechs with a corresponding number of replacement men, so that every legal attempt by a German after a position of importance appears from the beginning. The proposal is made to examine this fact during the German follow-up survey. 2./ By March 1 939 more active and from this time on practically passive resistance to the recruitment of Germans, although officially voted for their admission. The practically passive resistance becomes silently effective by the fact that in principle the German rest will still be recognized by the newly accepted Germans as an expandable area of activity and keep them away from any initiative and self-employment.
