8. In my opinion, it would have been the duty of Mr. W.Baustaedt that such publications of the Skoda works should not be published without proper control. It is also significant that the text of this jubilee publication closes with the description of the Dr.Lövenstein Fund. Dr. Lövenstein was, as we know, the Jewish Director General of the company who died in l938. 7./ Mr W.Baustaedt, who is also responsible for social loyalty, did not take the initiative of his own initiative to remove this fund. At the last meeting of the Board of Directors, the undersigned finally expressed the decision that this fund should be renamed. 8./ The social security of the employees and workers of the Skodawerke is provided by their own replacement institutes, one for the employees, and one for employees. German influence is not guaranteed at all in the management of these replacement institutes. To my knowledge, no attempt was made to bring these important institutions under German influence, even on the part of Mr W. Baustaedt. 9./ On the side of Mr Oberlandrat in Königgrätz, the Skodawerke were approached, funds for the construction of settlement houses for the German followers.
