Anlace 2 36 Ordinance supplementing the War EconomyVo of 25 March 1942 (RGBl. I p.147).Article I § 1 of the War Economic Ordinary of 4 September 1939 (Reichsgesetzbl. I p.16o9) is replaced by the following: § 1 (1) Anyone who destroys, removes or withholds raw materials or products belonging to the vital needs of the population and thereby maliciously endangers the coverage of these needs will be punished with prison or prison. In particularly serious cases, death penalty can be recognized. (2) The same penalty shall be imposed on the person who removes, taunts or places on the market or procures certificates of entitlement or forms for this purpose. (3) If the perpetrator has acted with the intention of enriching himself, or if, in addition to the penalty laid down in paragraph 1 or paragraph 2, a fine is to be recognised. The amount of the fine is unlimited, it must exceed the remuneration received by the perpetrator for the act and the profit which he has drawn from the act. Instead of the penalty, it can be recognized for the collection of property. Article II According to § 1 of the War Management Ordinance, the following provisions will be activated: § 1 a (1) Prison and fine or one of these penalties will punish anyone who is engaged in a trade or profession -2-
