STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 2026, sig. 109-7/33
English Translation
The leader and Chancellor of the Reich reports in his book "Mein Kampf" (My Struggle), which every citizen should know that there were also a lot of opposing parties in Germany at that time. This is the result of the paralamic tarism imported from the West. The inability of this system has been adequately demonstrated by the outcome of the present war, which has also led to the tendency towards useless political debates, often in the beating of beer and in a friendly mood, whereby the sense of responsibility is more or less eliminated. Of course, this is not the right opportunity to discuss important questions of human society. Another undesirable property, which developed only over time, is negativeism. On the one hand, I understand the suspicion of other people, with this quality often unconsciously growing up from a distrust of dishonest people who repeatedly changed their political convictions and passed from one political party to the other, but strangely always to well-retired posts; and in spite of their obvious inability, these persons dominated our public life through a full 20 years. Today, this well-founded mistrust is then transferred to everything new at all. By negativeism, on the other hand, I also understand the seemingly incomprehensible pleasure of looking for the inferior, bad, abominable and repugnant side of every thing rather than the good one. This unloving characteristic was especially inoculated and raised by the Jews and thus does not form a typical Czech characteristic, although a large part of our people is still unable to completely dissociate themselves from it.
