STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 1972, sig. 109-6/64
English Translation
In the future, as far as it is not a matter of people's Germans, it will be necessary to vary the measures to be taken according to the racial assessment. I therefore order the following: 1.) In principle, in all cases of the transfer between members of the protectorate and German-blooded persons before the introduction of state police measures, the investigation of the member of the Protectorate shall be directed towards his German-speaking attitude. Exceptions to this apply: If the protectorate member - shows a deutsohfeind overall attitude, in particular, if he has already appeared politically or criminally detrimental, if the protectorates member has connected intimate relations with a married German woman, impelled by a soldier's wife, when the protectory member has seduced a lesser-edged German girl or committed emergency detentions. In these cases, a Germanization of the Protes member of the council is not considered. It remains in this respect with the rules in force in the Federal Republic of Germany. So far, state police measures have to be taken against Protakto 97872 members of the Council. An examination of the German-speaking capacity is also unnecessary in the cases of sexual intercourse between protectorate members and German prostitutes. Since there is no danger to German blood, nor is there any concern for the public or disturbance of work peace to be feared, in these cases state police measures can be regularly excluded. (2)
