?3 Berlin - Munich in 1936. My main job was, of course, the transfer of knowledge to young people and my participation in the education of our listeners to capable engineers; in this I always believe that I have fulfilled my duty as a teacher and as a German. In 1934/35, I was Dean of the Engineering Department; I also participated in a number of occupation proposals. My deep attachment to my profession prevented me from taking a visible part in public and political life, but I do not think I have ever neglected the duties of my people. Josef Fritsche 23008
